Step - a cardiovascular workout set to music using different moves on and off the platform.

Step-n-Sculpt - This is a cardiovascular workout using step aerobic choreography that includes a weight segment for muscle strength, definition and endurance.

Sculpting - A challenging workout using free weights, bands and step platforms to gain functional strength and muscle definition.

*Does not include cardiovascular training.

Young @ Heart - 55 + This class is geared for the mature individual who would like to get a nice, safe workout.  You will see many familiar faces as well as meet new ones!  Bring a friend!

 Interval - This class gives you a complete workout using “timed” cardio intervals as well as weight resistance.

Step IntervalThis class is similar to “Interval” while utilizing some step routines during the cardio intervals. (some weight resistance)

Boot Camp- This class is for the individual who would like to have a “higher level” of intensity while implementing the use of drills, cardio intervals like sports conditioning and also adding in a few kicks.

PilatesA  form of exercise and postural therapy that emphasizes the development of the deep abdominal muscles to control body movement and protect the back.

Pilates, Have a Ball!! - Pilates exercises using the stability ball.  Prior Pilates experience is encouraged. 

Beginner Step Class For those who have always wanted to learn how to do step aerobics.  The class is a great cardio workout with sculpting at the end.

20/20/20   - 20 minutes each of step, hi-low and sculpt.

Kick Box - New to Carmel!  Kick boxing moves for cardiovascular and strength training.

Tai Chi Exercise A series of slow and gentle movements to promote circulation, flexibility, and relaxation.  This exercise class is taught by William Wong.  There is no charge (not offered in the summer)

Zumbadescribed by the creator as “principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. It’s a way of mixing body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps."   Come enjoy this new exercise craze in a Christian atmosphere.
